Delivery Options

  • Tilt Bed: The container is delivered using a pickup truck pulling a 40' gooseneck hydraulic tilt trailer, with a combined length of approximately 70'. Once in position, the driver will tilt the trailer, allowing the back of the container to touch the ground before driving out from underneath it. No customer assistance is needed. Ensuring adequate space for delivery is essential. This option is available within a limited 200-mile radius of the manufacturing site stated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for longer distances.

 


  • Flatbed: The customer is responsible for unloading the container off the flatbed. A common method is using a large forklift or crane. The customer must arrange for the unloading of the container. The delivery truck allows one hour for unloading and will charge $100 for any additional time. 

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller, all products shall be packaged and shipped according to the Seller’s standards and general practices.

 

Delivery Requirements

  • 20' Container: 110' of straight, unobstructed space.
  • 40' Container: 130' of straight, unobstructed space.
  • Driving: Minimum 15 feet of height.
  • Unloading: Minimum 22 feet of height along the entire unloading path.
  • Width Clearance: Minimum 10 feet along the delivery path.

 

Important Notes:

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Container One’s shipping practices in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by seller are estimates only. The seller will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, the seller shall not be liable, financially or otherwise for failure to deliver as per the estimated timeline.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all site preparation, including but not limited to ground stabilization and preparation.
  • If, upon arrival, the site is deemed inaccessible by the driver or inadequately prepared, additional fees may be assessed to ensure the site is suitable for the receipt of goods.
  • The buyer or the buyer’s designee is required to be onsite to accept delivery.
